Payroll Manager

Laura is our pay­roll man­ag­er and can help you set up your Dutch pay­roll. Even if your company has no presence in the Netherlands, Laura can have them comply with Dutch wage tax rules. Her team run payrolls on the three-workday turn-around principle where two pairs of eyes monitor what is being done. The 30% ruling application/processing is part of the payroll process.

Tax Advisor

Omar is a tax ad­visor and can answer many of your questions with respect to the personal income tax return, the preliminary income tax return and the 30%-ruling application.

Preliminary Refund Advisor

Simone is part of our dedicated preliminary refund team. If you are thrilled about the purchase of your new home, Simone will thrill you some more by helping you get back the tax due on the mortgage loan.

Payroll Expert

Juliska is our pay­roll expert and she spec­ial­ises in set­ting up and ex­ecuting the larger pay­roll admin­istrations. Larger here means those exceeding 30 employees. She can help with all aspects and explain to the employer or new company what needs to be done to have the set-up done swiftly.

Exact Online Bookkeeper

Bianca is an experienced Exact online bookkeeper. She will gladly assist you with your books so you are in time filing your Value Added Tax return. Even if you were too late, Bianca can still help you sort things out.

Preliminary Refund Expert

Bert is our de­di­cated pre­limin­ary refund expert. We run a high number of refund requests each year which are occasioned by the purchase of a house. Every house is different – as are the mortgage loans – but Bert manages to make the whole process run fluently towards a tax refund.

Tax Advisor

Kelly is a tax advisor and can file your migration income tax return. Also Kelly is able to make inquiries about possible ex officio income tax assessments you may have received and how to resolve them.

Payroll provider

Sharon processes the payroll administration for international employers. Whether you have a resident or non-resident employer, Sharon can assist either company.

Exact online Bookkeeper

Naomi is an experienced Exact online bookkeeper. She will gladly assist you with your books so you are in time filing your Value Added Tax return. Naomi can also oversee the impact of your bookkeeping in the entrepreneurs' income tax return.

International Tax Advisor

Hans is an international tax advisor. He has worked with the Big 4 and medium-sized accounting firms in the Netherlands and Curacao, and holds an MSc degree in Fiscal Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Fluent in Dutch and English, his passion lies with the more complex corporate international tax challenges.

Exact Online Bookkeeper

Anthony is an experienced Exact online bookkeeper. He will gladly assist you with your books so you are in time filing your Value Added Tax return. Even if you were too late, Anthony can still help you sort things out.

Esther processes the upfront requests for the mortgage refunds. Also Esther helps you update preliminary refunds or if desired terminates refunds.

Alice being a native English speaker processes the payrolls in the company. Domestic or foreign employer, Alice can process the Dutch resident employee.
